Return & Exchange Policy – Wel’Vince



At Wel’Vince, we want you to love what you wear. If there is a size issue or product concern, we offer an exchange under the conditions below.


1. Exchange Window

Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• Original tags must be intact
• Packaging must be undamaged
• The product must be in the same condition as received
• No stains, washing, perfume, or damage

Items failing quality check will be rejected.


3. No Refund Policy

Wel’Vince follows a strict no refund policy.

We offer exchange only.
Money refunds are not available under any circumstances unless the product is proven defective or incorrectly shipped by us.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Sale or discounted items
• Clearance products
• Promotional offers
• Gift items
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
• Customized products

We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing an order.


5. Exchange Process
• Contact customer support within 48 hours
• Share order ID and product photos
• Our team will schedule pickup after approval
• Replacement item will be shipped after quality inspection

Exchange processing time: 5–7 business days after pickup.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Report within 24 hours with clear photos/video
• We will prioritize replacement

Late claims may not be accepted.
